Education Day
Thursday, July 21

Thursday at Camp Meeting is a special day where we celebrate our Christ-centered Adventist schools within the Oregon Conference. We currently operate 13 pre-schools, 26 kindergarten-8th grade, three kindergarten-12th grade, and three 9th-12th grade schools within Oregon and southwest Washington. Our enrollment is projected to top 2,500 students this coming school year and our goal is to teach each student about God's love and the plan that He has for their lives. Thursday evening we will be featuring some of our amazing students as they share through music and stories. Also, please stop by the Education tent to learn more about the opportunities available for your child or children of your church family.


Blood Drive

You can help save a life! Sign up Tuesday and Wednesday at the Red Cross table at the back of the Plaza Pavilion from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm or at the InfoCenter. Due to the popularity of this event, our annual Red Cross Blood Drive is scheduled for two days—using two blood mobiles on both Thursday and Friday. Donors must be 16 years old with Red Cross Parental Consent Form. To pre-schedule an appointment go to www.red-crossblood.org, sponsor code: sdaconference. Or call 1-800-red-cross. Please note... The Gladstone blood drive is closed to the public so it is not searchable on the website. The scheduling can only be accessed by using “SDAConference” as the code.


Fun Run/Walk
Friday, July 22 – 7:30am start time
Meet near the InfoCenter - This free event is sponsored by the Oregon Conference Health Ministries Department

All ages are welcome to participate in the annual Gladstone Camp Meeting 5K Fun Run/Walk (3.1 miles)! You may continue pre-registering online through 2:00 pm Thursday at http://bit.ly/28lALg5 or at the InfoCenter in the Plaza or register on Friday morning. A limited number of extra T-shirts will be available for $5. If you preregistered and preordered a T-shirt, please pick it up at the InfoCenter by Thursday; and plan to join us at 7:00 am on Friday, July 22, at the start line. Look for the large banner near the InfoCenter. The run/walk begins at 7:30 am and ends by 9:00 am. Enjoy the beauty of nature throughout the grounds, get acquainted with new friends, and enjoy delicious snacks at the end of the race.


Veterans Recognition

Sabbath, July 23 - 3:00pm - 4:00pm

ATTENTION: Veterans – FREE ICE CREAM (serving until we run out) to show our appreciation of your service. Sabbath Afternoon between 1500 and 1600. All veterans and their families are invited to attend. Retired Adventist Military Chaplains will host a come-and-go gathering providing fellowship and support. Sponsored by Adventist Chaplaincy Ministries (ACM) and Oregon Conference National Service Organization (NSO) Advisory.
